1. Patient notification

 Your patient will receive an email and text to review and purchase recommended lab test kits.

2. Checkout and payment

You can choose to have Fullscript bill your patient directly, to bill your patient directly with an optional custom lab fee, or pay for testing upfront and bill your patient separately.

3. Fast, free shipping

Specialty test kits ship fast and free directly from a Fullscript distribution center, with real-time tracking.

4. Simplified requisition forms

Requisition forms arrive inside the patient’s test kit with all patient, provider, and testing information completed, with no payment sections or additional signature required.

5. Comprehensive instructions

Patients receive testing instructions in their Fullscript account to help them prepare before the kit even arrives.  Instructions will be included inside the test kit as well.

6. Convenient phlebotomy options

If testing requires a blood draw, patients can schedule with our mobile phlebotomy partner GetLabs or choose from a network of local options.

7. Real-time test tracking and results

You and your patient will get updates throughout the process, including when the lab receives the sample. When results are ready, you’ll receive a provider notification email.

The blood lab experience

For orders containing testing through our direct relationship with Quest Diagnostics, or Access Medical — including tests drawn at Labcorp.

1. Patient notification

Your patient will receive an email and text to review and purchase their recommended blood tests.

2. Checkout and payment

You can choose to have Fullscript bill your patient directly, bill your patient directly with the addition of a custom lab fee, or pay for testing upfront and bill your patient separately.

3. Digital requisition

Within minutes of payment, patients are emailed a link to their digital requisition in the Fullscript portal. They can print the form or show it on their mobile device at their appointment.

4. Scheduling their blood draw

Patients can book Quest draws, schedule mobile visits with Getlabs, or find a Labcorp or local option using Fullscript’s interactive map—all from one place.

5. Testing instructions

Patients are prepared with clear test instructions upfront, including any fasting requirements. 

6. Real-time test tracking and results

You and your patient will get updates throughout the process, including when the lab starts processing the sample. Providers will be notified as soon as results are available – and a lab interpretation will be ready to review.
